Generally fair weather will prevail Friday in most parts of the country as the weak northeast monsoon continues to be the dominant weather system affecting extreme northern Luzon, according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
In its Friday forecast, PAGASA said the whole country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
