Ginebra-Rain or Shine semis cancelled because of heavy rain

THE Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) cancelled Game 2 of the best-of-five semifinals series between Rain or Shine and Barangay Ginebra Ginebra San Miguel on Tuesday at the Araneta Coliseum because of continuous rain.

“The safety and security of the fans, players and officials are always of utmost importance,” said PBA Commissioner Willie Marcial in a statement to media.
