Because of the tremendous success and much acclaimed Global Fashion Flair held two years ago, the International Bazaar Foundation (IBF), in cooperation with the Spouses of the Heads of Mission (SHOM), once again presented the fashion show for a cause.

The ambassadors walked down the ramp wearing fashionable clothes from SM and barongs made by Kultura. Not to be left behind were their spouses who wore cocktail dresses and gowns from SM Fashion Forum and Filipiniana gowns from Kultura as well.

SM, through the graciousness and generosity of Tessie Sy-Coson, was one of the major sponsors of the show.

New World Makati Hotel General Manager Farid Schoucair was again delighted and honored to host the event lending an elegant venue and excellent services of his staff.

IBF and SHOM members, friends and many supporters had a great time at the Global Fashion Flair 2 held on May 5.

The ambassadors and spouses who modeled at the runway were all so relaxed and very natural. They were having as much fun as the audience.

The most applauded were philanthropist Washington Sycip who even did a model stunt, German Ambassador Thomas Ossowski, Italian Ambassador Massimo Roscigno, Swiss Ambassador Ivo Seiber and French Ambassador Gilles Garachon.

Not to be outdone and were equally applauded were SHOM president Agnes Roscigno who got “oohs” and “aahs” for her beautiful red terno, Consul General Fortune Ledesma of Monaco, Madame Gretchen del Rosario, Madame Gracita Sieber, and Dutch Ambassador Maria Christina, among others.

Proceeds of the show will go to the rehabilitation of houses devastated by Super Typhoon Yolanda in Tacloban, Leyte and Typhoon Ruby in Eastern Samar.

To the people behind this endeavor, may your tribe increase.
