Despite absorbing its first defeat of the season from JP Voltes FC in their last game, Global is still on top of the league standings with 41 points on 13 wins, two draws and one defeat. Stallion, on the other hand, is No. 6 spot with seven victories, six draws and three losses for 27 points.

The Dan Palami-backed squad is expected to rely on the frontline tandem of Japanese winger Hikaru Minegeshi and Ivorian striker Arthur Kouassi.

Global will be missing the services of Fil-Iranian Azkals star Misagh Bahadoran, who will be serving a suspension after being handed a red card in their game against Voltes.

On the other hand, Stallion FC will be banking on the services of team captain Ruben Doctora Jr. with support from Joshua Beloya and Fitch Arboleda as they try to conquer their higher-ranked opponent.

In the other match, Green Archers United FC will clash against Forza FC in the unified division of the UFL at 1:30 p.m.

The Green Archers are ranked No. 7 with six wins, two draws and seven losses while Forza is No. 8 with four victories a draw and 12 defeats.
