Jonathan Grey hit the go-ahead triple in the dying seconds as GlobalPort stunned top seed Rain or Shine, 114-113, on Tuesday to forge a sudden-death game in the quarterfinal round of the Philippine Basketball Association Season 43 Commissioner’s Cup.
Grey notched 12 of his 22 points in the last quarter, including the crucial trey while Malcolm White scored 28 points and grabbed 16 rebounds, and Stanley Pringle had 21 points, nine rebounds and nine assists for GlobalPort.
