Globe Telecom has launched its newest rewards program that will extend exclusive benefits to existing postpaid subscribers.
Globe Blue is the newest tier in the Globe Rewards membership portfolio that will reward mid-value customers with special perks and topnotch after-sales service.
“As a way to extend gratitude and recognize the support of our loyal customers, Globe is making the postpaid experience even more wonderful and rewarding with Globe Blue,” said Raul Macatangay, head of Postpaid Business and Devices at Globe.
Globe said that to qualify for a Globe Blue membership, postpaid subscribers should have a monthly service fee (MSF) or actual spending from P2,000 to P3,499 a month.
As part of its membership privileges, Globe Blue cardholders will enjoy priority handling at Globe Stores with a dedicated customer lane available in 21 Globe Stores, and faster after-sales support in other Globe Stores nationwide. Members will also be assigned a dedicated hotline for quick and expert help with their accounts.
Members will also enjoy seasonal treats like free movies, special offers from partner merchants for travel, dining and other lifestyle establishments throughout their membership year.
The Globe Blue Rewards card also doubles as a GCASH MasterCard, where members can shop and swipe at any of the 34 million MasterCard merchants worldwide, including BancNet, MegaLink and ExpressNet terminals, or withdraw from any BancNet, MegaLink or ExpressNet ATMs. All transactions will be deducted from the user’s GCASH wallet.
All Globe Postpaid, Tattoo-at-Home and selected MyBusiness customers are also eligible to qualify for a Globe Blue membership. The Globe Blue rewards program was unveiled as part of the company’s Project Wonderful, which aims to help create a “wonderful world” for its subscribers.
