Globe Telecom on Monday said it was also a victim of the SIM card swap scam and urged the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to conduct a full-blown investigation of the racket.
NBI agent Anna Lira Labao said Globe has identified one of the persons suspected to be behind the scheme. A picture of the suspect was taken from the footage of a closed-circuit television (CCTV) installed at the Globe store in SM North Edsa.
