THE Department of Justice (DOJ) will investigate the contracts between the department and the security agency owned by the family of Solicitor General Jose Calida, Secretary Menardo Guevarra said on Wednesday.

Guevarra said that if there was evidence that would indicate violations in procurement laws, the DOJ is willing to investigate even in the absence of a complainant.
