BAGUIO CITY: The Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) said that peace and development programs for the Cordillera will proceed amid reports of contentious issues affecting the leadership of the Cordillera Bodong Administration-Cordillera Peoples’ Liberation Army (CBA-CPLA). In a press statement it says that “We are now in discussion with the different line agencies and political leaders about how to proceed with the deliverables to the communities, ensuring that peace and development programs are given to where they are intended,” Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Teresita Quintos Deles said in a statement. The OPAPP disclosed that documents with opposing allegations had recently reached the agency. These documents came from two groups within CBA-CPLA throwing accusations against each other.
