A 40-year-old government employee was arrested by operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) for drug dealing in Sarangani Province.
The suspect, identified as Antonio Catingub, is a collector of the National Irrigation Authority in Sarangani Province. He is a resident of Malungon town. Agents apprehended Catingub after he sold a sachet of methamphetamine hydrochloride, or shabu, to a PDEA poseur-buyer in his neighborhood in Barangay Malandag past noon of January 17, 2014.
