MEMBERS of the government peace panel who met with their counterparts from the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, have returned to Manila, hopeful that a peace agreement between them will soon be implemented.

Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Jesus Dureza on Tuesday said the initial meeting of the two peace panels ended on a positive note.
