THE proposed Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) mandates the national government to allot P50 billion special development fund (SDF) to rehabilitate areas affected by armed conflict between the military and Muslim rebels, according to Sen. Juan Miguel Zubiri.
The chairman of the Senate contingent in the bicameral conference committee that approved the final draft of BOL said the P50 billion SDF is one of the highlights of the proposed law.
