A GROUP of ex-political detainees gathered in Commonwealth in Quezon City ahead of President Rodrigo Duterte’s third State of the Nation Address on Monday.
Rudy Tubero, a member of the Ex-Political Detainees Initiative, said his group was protesting against the killings and the unfulfilled promises under the Duterte administration.
