Another petition was filed before the Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday seeking to declare as invalid the Philippine government’s withdrawal from the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC).
The Philippine Coalition for the International Criminal Court (PCICC) said the withdrawal is violative of the 1987 Constitution for lack of Senate concurrence.
