STATE pension fund Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) will soon receive the coveted International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 certification for its quality management system (QMS) on loan processing after being recommended by TÜV Rheinland Philippines Inc. (TRPI).
TRPI, one of the leading third-party ISO certifying bodies in the country, audited the pension fund’s QMS for loan processing in November to determine its compliance with ISO standards.
