ILOILO CITY: The 54-megawatt wind power project proposed in Barangay Sebaste, municipality of San Lorenzo, Guimaras was recently endorsed by the Regional Development Council (RDC) as a priority development project of the Western Visayas region.
The project is spearheaded by Trans-Asia Corp. under the Phinma Group led by President and Chief Executive Officer Ramon del Rosario Jr.
