GUNMEN ATTACK BUS IN SOUTHERN PHILIPPINES

ZAMBOANGA CITY: The Philippine National Police said at least four people were wounded when gunmen attacked a provincial bus in Sibugay. Chief Insp. Ariel Huesca, a regional police spokesman, said the air-conditioned bus owned by Rural Transit Mindanao was travelling in Naga town when it came under attack Monday night near the Baga village. “The bus was strafed by unidentified armed men and four passengers were wounded in the attack,” said Huesca.
