Two hired killers of a fastfood chain franchisee were arrested by operatives of the Manila Police District-Homicide Section after two years of evading the law. Senior Police Officer 2 Richard Escarlan said Jayvee Marinas, 30, and Richmond Perez, 28, delivery boy, admitted receiving P50,000 from Romeo Fuentes to kill his business partner–Mary Li–on August 9, 2014. Police also launched a search for Fuentes. Perez was arrested on Monday right for robbery and pointed to Marinas as his accomplice in the murder of Li, a franchisee of Mang Inasal food chain. Police said the two were also involved in robberies in Manila.
