AN alleged drug user was shot dead by still unidentified gunmen outside his house on Friday night in a remote village in Agusan del Sur, police reported on Sunday.
Reports at the Philippine National Police operations center in Camp Crame identified the victim as Donaldo Bilbao, 42, and a resident of Purok-2, Doña Flavia, San Luis, Agusan del Sur.
