SIMFEROPOL: Dozens of pro-Russian gunmen in combat fatigues seized parliament and government buildings on Ukraine’s volatile Crimea peninsula on Thursday as lawmakers in Kiev prepared to approve a pro-Western cabinet for the divided ex-Soviet state.
