THE reported harassment of a Chinese aircraft on Filipino soldiers aboard a rubber boat off Ayungin Shoal in May was an “isolated case,” Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana said on Thursday.
“That is [a] very isolated incident and I think that has been already resolved between the Philippines and China,” Lorenzana told reporters in a chance interview at Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City.
