Haribon Foundation is presently looking for dedicated professionals who have the passion for environment conservation to occupy the several positions currently offered.
A Senior Campaigns Officer is needed to spearheads the policy advocacy initiatives of Haribon. We need someone who provides technical assistance in translating and disseminating scientific and site action initiatives to various media thereby creating mass awareness and support towards nature conservation.
For this position, qualifications must be met. One, a graduate of a Bachelors degree in Communication, Humanities, Political Science, Economics or other related courses is need, and having law degree units is an advantage
Another requirement would be at least two to four years of experience in Policy Advocacy, Law and Communication (research and marketing). Also, applicants must have relevant experience in writing, editing, data analysis, campaigns, lobbying, policy research, and events.
For the position of Partnerships Development Officer, one is expected to raise unrestricted funds and services to support Haribon’s conservation programs and initiatives by developing and executing fund raising strategies to partner with various local and international fund sources.
Qualifications include: a graduate of a Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, Business Administration or related fields.
Applicants must have at least three years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, fund raising or brand management. One must be knowledgeable in making fund raising proposals and in creating innovative fundraising schemes, as well as to have excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, analytical problem solving, negotiation, sales and marketing skills.
Haribon also needs a Membership Development Officer who can increase advocates for biodiversity conservation by planning and implementing membership and volunteer programs to promote acquisition, retention and development of Haribon members and volunteers.
Qualifications for this position include: graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences or any related fields. One must have at least three years experience in events management, handling groups, interpersonal/public communication, program planning and management and fund raising and management
Also, applicants must be creative in developing strategies to acquire, retain and develop membership base.
A Human Resources Officer is also needed in the Haribon office to plan and implement all talent management functions and organization development programs including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, capacity development, employee relations and well-being, policy formulation and implementation.
Qualifications include: a graduate of a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or Management preferably with concentration in industrial-organizational psychology, human resources, organizational development. One must have at least three years of relevant work experience in human resources with background in organizational development. Applicants must have experience handling payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, taxation and organizational development.
