WHEN BS Aquino brutally attacked dismissed PNP-SAF Director Getulio Napeñas Jr. during the so-called Prayer Meeting with leaders of Evangelical church groups in Malacañang last Monday March 9, he was merely dramatizing the findings of the PNP’s Board of Inquiry. Aquino knew that the BOI Report would heap the blame on Napeñas.
Maybe he knew because he himself gave the BOI the script. He used the BOI Report to bludgeon the cashiered fall guy Napeñas for his Aquino’s own and former PNP chief Alan Purisima’s criminal mishandling of Oplan Exodus.
The PNP–BOI Report on the Mamasapano Massacre which was made public yesterday makes Napeñas look like the guiltiest and most idiotic of all commanders.
But no one will believe the crap dished out by the PNP Board of Inquiry. It smells like vomit and rotten fish because of its dishonest effort to deflect blame from the man who really gave the go-signal to launch the “defective” Oplan Exodus on Jan. 25. The man who prevented reinforcements to come to the aid of the besieged and massacred PNP-SAF commandos because doing so could make the rebels of the MILF think the government was warring on them. So no one will be swayed by the Report to now see the liar and psychologically handicapped BS Aquino in a new light.
Instead, the PNP–BOI Report will only make more Filipinos who used to think BS Aquino possessed the goodness of his mother and the talent of his father, like partylist congressman Walden Belo, to turn their backs on him and his criminal mendacity, incompetence, negligence and hypocrisy.
Rather, more Filipinos will agree with the assessment of him by the members of the National Transformation Council that he should step down.

“In President Aquino’s prayer meeting presentation on March 9, 2015, he concluded with an old adage saying that he had been fooled by sacked PNP-SAF Director Getulio Napeñas—fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. As we continue to listen to President Aquino’s contradicting and nonsensical statements about his role in Operation Plan Wolverine/Exodus in Mamasapano, we—bishops, priests, sisters, workers and religious leaders from various denominations—see clearly that President Aquino is the one who believes that he can continue to fool the public. In the light of such suspect, ludicrous, and immoral behavior, we sound the alarm that the Filipino people must not allow governance by one who has lost all moral authority.”
