THE Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Tuesday advised motorists to brace for heavy traffic along España Boulevard in Manila. MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino said the traffic is due to the concreting and drainage improvement project from P. Campa to Nicanor Reyes Streets scheduled to start on Thursday. Tolentino said motorists should expect traffic build-up at the intersection of España Boulevard, Lerma, and Nicanor Reyes Streets and will greatly affect the University Belt area. Tolentino said the project will be done in three phases. He said the project is expected to be done by July 15.
