MOTORISTS should once again brace for a heavy traffic this weekend as the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) resumes its road repairs and re- blocking along EDSA and other major roads in Metro Manila, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said on Friday.
In a bulletin, the MMDA said the re-blocking will start at 10 p.m. until 4 a.m on July 16.
