KIDAPAWAN CITY: An alleged helium tank owned by a balloon maker family accidentally exploded on Friday night here while the vendors were preparing more stocks to sell.
Local police and bomb experts who responded to the blast said the explosion occured at Alim area in Barangay Poblacion here in front of the house of Johar Camad, whose family is engaged in party balloons business.
