HONG KONG: Hong Kong stocks tumbled Monday morning as investors tracked a sell-off across world markets on worries about the global outlook and growing fears about Britain's future in the European Union.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index fell 2.54 percent, or 534.29 points, to 20,508.35 by the break.
