Hong Kong: At age 20, SAR deserves to be treated as an adult

CHINESE President Xi Jinping last July 1 congratulated Hong Kong on the 20th anniversary of its return to China and its transformation from a British colony into the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR). He said: “According to China’s tradition, a man enters adulthoo d at the age of 20, so today, we are celebrating the coming of age of the HKSAR.”
