A man took hostage six people including five children in Taguig City on Friday afternoon.
Initial report from Southern Police District (SPD) PIO Police Inspector Jenny Tecson said that hostage taking incident started around 2 p.m. located at Blk 11 lot 17 Barangay Pinagsama, Taguig.
