Eat light and hydrate.
Always moisturize after sun exposure.
Stay in the shade when possible, and reapply sunblock because even if the bottle says “waterproof, sweat proof, or whatever proof,” the stuff still comes off.
Don’t party too much when you’re on the beach and use the time to relax, and move away from mind and body stress.
Never forget your sunblock, and as much as possible drink water and load up on fruits like watermelon to keep you hydrated.
For those who want to have a beach-worth body, hit the gym weeks before the trip and load up on protein.
Play lots of beach sports!
Wear sunblock. The sun ain’t healthy anymore. Blame global warming.
We surely don’t want to get burned so the more SPF the merrier. No matter how good we are in swimming, make sure the place has lifeguards in the worst scenarios might occur.
Use sunscreen and don’t forget to hydrate yourself!
To look beach-ready, you don’t have to take out on anything unhealthy. You can have a fun eating and watch what you eat. There has to be a balance. Just keeping a good balance is very good.
