THE House of Representatives has approved the P1.16 billion supplemental budget to help first-time dengue victims who were injected with a defective vaccine.
The Dengvaxia Assistance Fund was passed on third and final reading by 231 lawmakers before midnight on Tuesday after President Rodrigo Duterte certified the measure as urgent.
