THE House of Representatives has asked President Rodrigo Duterte to certify the proposed Bangsamoro Basic law (BBL) or House Bill 6475 as urgent.
The House made the appeal in a letter to the President dated May 23—a document shared by House Majority Leader Rodolfo Fariñas of Ilocos Norte to journalists on Thursday morning.
