A 50-year-old house caretaker from Zambales has bagged the P7.1-million jackpot prize in the Lotto 6/42 draw.
Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) General Manager Jose Ferdinand Rojas 2nd said the winner plans to buy a house and lot, invest in business and save for future needs.
Rojas turned over the prize check to the winner at charity agency main office in Mandaluyong City (Metro Manila) on Monday.
He said the winner bet P60 only to hit the winning combination 15-10-19- 28-07-26 in the January 30 draw.
The winner got the combination from the death anniversary of family members and relatives.
He has been betting in lotto for six years.
