Two members of the Highway Patrol Group (HPG) who were accused of killing a motorcylist last month asked the Department of Justice on Tuesday to give them more time to respond to the murder charges filed against them.
PO2 Jonjie Manon-og and PO3 Jeremiah de Villa asked for 15 days to submit their response to the charges of murder, torture, robbery and violation of Republic Act 7438 filed by the family of motorcyclist John de la Riarte.
