• ‘I want to run in Rio Olympics’, says US amputee


    DOHA: US double gold-winning sprinter Richard Browne said on Thursday he wants to compete against able-bodied athletes in the 200m at the Rio Olympics. Browne, speaking immediately after securing the 100m title in the T44 class at the IPC World Paralympic Championships in Doha, said he aimed to compete in the US trials for next year’s Olympics and believed he could make the 200m final in Rio.
