Ilagan City Mayor Jose Marie Diaz of Isabela province has filed perjury and malicious prosecution charges before the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office against a woman who filed a graft complaint against him before the Office of the Ombudsman.
Named as respondent in the complaint was Maria Nympha Mandagan of Unit F, Corinthian Townhomes, No. 6 Ilang-Ilang Street Rosarion Heights, Quezon City.
