Manila Police District acting Director Supt. Rolando Nana on Tuesday mobilized his men to investigate reports reaching his office that sale of illegal drugs are now rampant near the vicinity of College of Saint Benilde, a school run by religious brothers located along Taft Avenue. He directed Police Station 9 commander Supt. Romeo Odrada to comb Vito Cruz Street after it was reported that some establishments in the area are sources of illegal drugs. “I ordered that it be monitored and asked them to operate,” Nana said when asked what was his immediate directive to his men.
