• Ilocano tops agriculturists’ board exams


    SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union: Julius Caesar Amoyen, a native of Sudipen, La Union, bested over 1,888 successful passers of the Agriculture board Examinations administered by the Professional Regulation Commission last June 10, 2015. Amoyen, who garnered 87 percentile average, graduated magna cum laude on Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University-North La Union Campus in Bacnotan, La Union. “My family is the greatest inspiration especially to my mother who has been working abroad as OFW (overseas Filipino worker) and financed and supported my needs,” said Amoyen.
