BAGUIO CITY: A notorious drug pusher in Ilocos Norte was slain, a day after alleged No.1 drug dealer was also gunned down infront of his own house in Paoay town on Thursday. Rolando Garvida, tagged as No.6 drug personality in Ilocos Norte, was at a wake in Barangay Lanao, Bangui town when two masked gunmen arrived and shot him point blank. Garvida has been convicted for drugs but released from the National Bilibid Prisons. Another suspected drug personality, Raymund Weil Pobre alias “Tonton” was shot dead infront of his own house in the village of Dolores, Paoay town. Pobre, who is from a well-known clan in the town, is tagged as No.1 in the drug watch list of Paoay and No. 8 on the province’s list.
