ILOILO CITY: The local government of Sara, Iloilo on Monday gave P100,000 cash reward to the informant whose tips led to the successful arrest of Western Visayas’ High Value Target Level 3 Arturo Balume Sr., alias Master Pedik, and his four underlings last October.
Mary Joy Abellar, municipal treasurer of Sara town, handed over to the informant the cash reward in the presence of Senior Supt. Marlon Tayaba, Iloilo Police Provincial Office (IPPO) director.
