TROPICAL storm “Inday” has maintained its strength as it continued to influence monsoon rains over the western section of Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Thursday.
As of 5 p.m., Inday was 1,025 kilometers (km) east of Basco, Batanes, according to the state-run weather bureau.
