TROPICAL storm “Inday” intensified as it moved east-northeast over the Philippine Sea, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Thursday.
As of 11 a.m., Inday was 8400 kilometers (km) east of Basco, Batanes, according to the state-run weather bureau.
