Nicksters enjoy the fright of their lives at Halloween Fright Fest

Thousands of Nicksters young and old got to spend their favorite supernatural holiday with more than just trick or treating as Nickelodeon delivered a delightful scare on their annual Halloween event. Titled “Halloween Fright Fest”, this year’s freaktastic festivities took place last October 31 at the SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia.

With the dim lights and mysterious mood, Nick fans of all ages were transported to a new dark dimension at the Halloween Fright Fest. Apart from killer costumes and yummy treats to sink their teeth into, kids were treated to a real life thriller experience as Nickelodeon played host to a monster load of spooktacular activities.

Guests enjoyed a fun-filled day with freebies from sponsors and activities such as photo ops, game booths, and attractions like the Haunted Slippery Slope, Fright Fest’s very own giant inflatable slide.

They also delighted in an entertaining on-stage program that included a performance by the Enlighten Black Theater, a special episode screening of Nickelodeon’s new show Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and stage games featuring Nick’s popular shows, that gave all treats and no tricks.  SpongeBob SquarePants, Patrick Star, Dora the Explorer and Diego also dropped by and joined in the frighteningly good fun.

The killer event of the season had Nicksters encountering unexpected twists, turns and surprises at Fright Fest High, an interactive scary school structure overrun by the undead. Those who dared step into the strangely startling main attraction had the ultimate Halloween experience as they braved the unknown and escaped creatures of the paranormal kind.

Halloween Fright Fest was presented by Toy Kingdom. Co-sponsored by Ace Water Spa, Air Asia Sky Rider Club, Appebon Kid, Crispy Fry Breading Mix, Jack N’ Jill Wiggles, Lipps Pop Stix, McDonald’s, Monster High, Nestle Koko Krunch, Petron, Selecta Ice Cream, Selecta Moo, Skechers Kids and Winx.
