Dear PAO,
I was married to my Japanese husband before a judge in Malabon. Most of the time, he stays in Japan but we still manage to stay married over the years. This year we have decided for him to stay in the Philippines and open a small business so that we will have some income. My husband arrived on January 25, 2010 and his visa is about to expire now. Is there a way for him to stay in the country without extending his tourist visa? We fear that it may be very expensive for us to keep extending his visa.
