Three dead, one wounded in Antique shooting rampage

THREE persons were killed and one was seriously wounded after a man went on a shooting spree on Friday night in a remote village in Antique province, police report said on Saturday.


Report at the Philippine Nantional Police operations center in Camp Crame identified the three fatalities in the shooting incident as Joel Anecito, 40; Mabini Tabianosa and Noel Tabianosa, while wounded was Nelson Anecito.

The report also said that a still unidentified man, for still unknown reasons went on a shooting rampage on Friday night in Brgy. Bugo, San Remegio town in the said province.

The victims where rushed at the Angel Salazar Memorial Hospital, where four died while being treated, the report said.

The reports added that elements of the San Remegio Municipal Police office are now conducting an investigation to determine the motive and identity of the suspect.
