The women’s volleyball competitions in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines Season 75 resume on January 5 at the Arena in San Juan City, with four teams hoping to catch up with tournament leaders.

After a two-week break, the battle for supremacy continues as former champions University of Santo Tomas (UST) Tigresses take on the University of the East (UE) Lady Warriors, and the rejuvenated National University (NU) Lady Bulldogs battle the dangerous Far Eastern University (FEU) Lady Tamaraws side.

UST is currently at fourth behind pacesetting Ateneo de Manila University (5-0), defending champion De La Salle University (4-1) and Adamson University (3-1). NU is at fifth with 2-3 followed by FEU with 1-3, University of the Philippines (UP) with 1-4 and UE with 0-4.

Meanwhile, La Salle is still leading the overall championship race in the seniors division.
