An enterprising video game developer from Sampaloc, Manila, has turned the infamous bullet-planting (tanim-bala) extortion racket into a video game for mobile phone users.
Argene Tanyong, 31, of Kulit Games told The Manila Times that he spent two and half days to create the game from scratch.
