Two rival gangs inside the Pasay City Jail clashed on Saturday, sparking a riot that left one inmate injured.
Pasay Police Chief Sr. Supt. Florencio Ortilla said the riot erupted when members of the "Sigue Sigue" and "Sputnik" gangs clashed over a woman.
