Other detainees at the Philippine National Police (PNP) Custodial Center in Camp Crame have signed and released a manifesto seeking the immediate transfer of Senators Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada and Ramon “Bong” Revilla to another jail.
A handwritten manifesto signed by 58 inmates at the PNP custodial center complained that the two senators and their visitors were “magulo [disorderly].”
