NEWS: Senator Leila de Lima has finally admitted having had aromantic affair with her former driver and bodyguard Ronnie Dayan. Tell us something we don’t know.
On rights: I wish that the right to know is practiced way ahead of the right to speak.
It seems that America did not buy “Stronger Together” and instead chose to believe “Making America Great Again.” Democrats and Republicans should have seen this coming when they saw an “outsider” snatch the GOP nomination. By then, it was clear that voters were starting to reject an eight-year-old status quo, opting to shift to a vague gamble favoring an unknown radical throwing out a mouthful of red flags. The system is always blamed of course by those who lost, and an upset in the results is almost always likely to bring “uncertainties.” But the ongoing protest actions are bound to magnify the uncertainties some more which will eventually hurt the image of the United States in the eyes of its neighbors around the world. The decision in the choice of their new leader destroyed both parties and what they traditionally represented. I can safely say that the American public expressed that they reject the “too conservative Republicans” and the “too liberal Democrats.” As for Trump, it is now his responsibility to clear the dirty windshield to make sure he can see the blurry road ahead. A long and winding road it is.
Donald Trump has vowed to impose term limits on members of Congress in his first 100 days in office. I hope the lawmakers will not retort by saying “let’s start with yours.”
Adultery and involvement in drugsconsidered “frailties” of a woman nowadays? Nagdamay pa…
A sin cannot be justified by pointing to other sinners. Otherwise, we will all be comfortable in doing the same.
A late tipsy tip when taking moon shots: Use a camera with superzoom. Start with manual mode – ISO 100, speed 1/250 sec and opening of f5.6. Use tripod, shutter release cord or 10sec timer. Make adjustments around this basic set-up to satisfy your heart’s desire. Why 1/250 shutter speed and timer? To minimize blur due to camera-shake or vibration after pressing the button. Sorry for the late suggestions. See you in 2034.
Waze has been acting funny and weird lately. Instead of the usual mode of fastest route, I changed to shortest route in settings. It looks like I made the right choice.
Wounds heal naturally as I have said. But until there is an admission and an apology from those who inflicted or caused the wound, the healing will be much slower and when it gets bumped slightly, it will bleed over and over again.
Okay, okay, let’s end the debates. Let’s change the name of LNMB to:
– Libingan ng MgaBayani at Hindi Tunay Na Bayani.
– Libingan Ng MgaBayani At Iba Pa (ATBP).
– Libingan Ng MgaBayani at MgaPresidentePinatalsik Man O Hindi.
– Libingan Ng MgaBayaniNagingDiktador Man O Hindi.
– Libingan Ng MgaBayaningPinaboran Ng Korte Suprema.
– Libingan Ng MgaBayani Legal at Ilegal.
– Libingan Ng MgaBayani at Kaaway Na Mortal Ng Aquino-Cojuangco.
– Libingan Ng MgaBayani at Mga Hindi Pinatawad ng Martial Law Victims.
(Not meant to desecrate the memory of the dead but a picturesque way of looking at how fragile the state of our political views is.)
News: “Strict motorcycle lane policy to start on four major roads Monday. The policy will be carried out along EDSA, C-5, Macapagal Avenue, and Commonwealth Avenue. Trial runs will be conducted on Saturday and Sunday “to familiarize and orient all motorcycle riders on the policy.”
One piece of news we all have been waiting for quite sometime. Enforcers should be strict and consistent. Furthermore, No Test, No License. They are threats not only to commuters and motorists but to their fellow riders as well.
After Trump’s victory, NASCAR should clarify that American racers are its qualified participants and not American racists.
It is just amazing how most of those espousing freedom of speech and expression are the same people who bash, insult, rant and name-call those who differ from their opinion.
Just to clear things, I have to post this information from Wikipedia to help us complete our information on Libingan Ng MgaBayani:

However, the same regulation also prohibits “personnel who were dishonorably separated/ reverted/ discharged from the service and personnel who were convicted by final judgment of an offense involving moral turpitude” from interment at the Heroes’ Cemetery.
Good work, good deeds and good faith to all.
